WHAT WE DO
Community Connections for Youth (CCFY) in the South Bronx is on a mission to see the end of mass youth incarceration by being disrupters of the pipeline that leads to deeper criminal legal system involvement. We support youth and their caregivers through mentoring and system support. We share our learnings and insights with others driven to see a world where the local community leads in creating a prison-free future for youth.
