CCFY has a number of research and evaluation reports that serve to tell the stories about community-capacity building, impacts on youth and families and the offering of practices that do right by justice-impacted communities. We are also developers of curriculum and resources that serve to build the capacity of others to serve youth.
OUR ADVOCACY
Our work is deeply rooted and tied to how we activate others to change the tide for young people. We fight to see deeply financially pocketed systems and institutions invest in the homegrown grassroots who are often overlooked and under-resourced despite the many ways it has proven to work.
CCFY brings together community leaders and members, faith and neighborhood organizations, youth, families and any allies that seek to build solutions, advocate for policy and law changes and to bring awareness around the issues that youth and communities of color face that keep them oppressed and marginalized.
As CCFY is brought in to advance system-community partnerships, CCFY stands to broker the interests of the community and serves to help decision-makers reimagine how they can invest in their dollars in ways that centers the community as the sole means for youth interventions.
